Integrating Your 4 Freedoms (Part 4 of 9) – Ultimate Reality – Consciousness

Tuesday, December 15th, 2009

If the difference between particles and waves is so slippery, and if time and space are so easily transcended, what is the fundamental nature of reality? What is real? One answer is consciousness. Consciousness is original and fundamental, everything considered to be “reality” comes out of that consciousness. In his book The Self-Aware Universe,i Dr. Goswami presents a philosophical argument known as monistic idealism to explain his theory that both matter and mind have their origin in consciousness. He draws on the ancient Indian philosophy of Advaita Vedanta as his authority for using the term consciousness, as The Ground of All Being.

Consciousness is fundamental.

As the forgoing examples illustrate, Western science is moving closer to Eastern perceptions of reality, wherein all is one. Body, mind, and spirit are not separate entities. Not only mystics but also an increasing number of scientists, philosophers, and medical doctors are talking openly about subtle energy, consciousness, and God. Candace Pert refers to subtle energy as “a still mysterious fifth force beyond the four conventional forces of physics…to scientifically explain anomalies such as the power of love.” And according to Robert Gottesman, M.D.:

If information exists outside of the confines of time and space, matter and energy, then it must belong to a very different realm from the concrete, tangible realm we think of as ‘reality’. And since information in the form of biochemicals of emotion is running every system of the body, then our emotions must also come from some realm beyond the physical. Information theory seems to be converging with Eastern philosophy to suggest that the mind, the consciousness, consisting of information, exists first, prior to the physical realm, which is secondary, merely an out-picturing of consciousness….Consider that the body itself may be a metaphor, just a way of referring to an experience we all have in common. Maybe it’s that we don’t have consciousness, but consciousness has us.

In Eastern science, philosophy, medicine, and mysticism, body, mind, heart, and soul are treated as inseparable and indivisible (non-dual). In the West, physicists, psychologists, and neurologists now largely agree that mind and body operate as a single system. From this perspective, the brain is just another organ, albeit more intricate than the rest of the body. Thoughts and emotions that subjectively bestow meaning on our reality are the result of complex electrochemical and biochemical interactions within and between cells throughout our body as well as in our brain. What happens in the body affects our mind and our hearts, and what takes place in the mind affects the body and the emotions in an endless series of feedback loops.

If science has come to see that we are not isolated elements but essentially one though inexplicable whole, isn’t that inspiration for us to apply this same approach to ourselves and our lives? If everything is ultimately a unique vibration of one fundamental string, isn’t it time for you to treat body, mind, heart, and soul as one undivided system?

Learned Ones Are Full of Cognitive Dissonance

Monday, December 14th, 2009

People start learning right from their childhood. They form concepts and then arrange those concepts, then store those concepts and then when called upon by the circumstances use those concepts. This processing of information and concepts is called cognition in Psychology. Such people who can make so many users of the Cognitive information and the concepts of cognition are called learned ones when they cross a minimum level of storage of such Cognitive informations.

When a child is born he has no concepts. Experience of The child which increases with his age teaches him more and more. At the time of birth the child has no name, religion or other particulars. After his birth all this adjectives are given to him. He is given a name. He is told about his religion. He is told about his parentage and other adjectives. All this information is injected into him as if this was an integral part of his existence.

A person hardly has an occasion to think if he were the same person without his name or parentage or religion etc. He is imbibed with a belief that all this information about him was an inseparable part of his personality.

As he grows he is given education. He is taught about the theories given by some predecessors. He is repeatedly told about and is made to believe in the sanctity of the theories. He is taught about the infallibility of the theories. In the same way, as he used to identify himself with the concepts of his name, parentage and religion etc. now he starts to identify himself with these theories. People feel proud in calling themselves democrat, pragmatic, revolutionary, extremist, communists and so on so forth. People have identified themselves with theories.

After theories people further go on adding to their acquired characteristics. They now start identifying them with values. They feel proud in such identification. They call themselves as honest, gallant, clever, beautiful, sharp and no one knows what more. People are conceited with their these acquired identities.

In the childhood a common story is usually recited. Several seekers went to a Guru to learn music. The Guru asked the first seeker his earlier qualifications. The seeker told that he knows nothing about music. The Guru told him that it would take him 6 months to learn music. The second seeker was a bit acquainted with the rules of music. And Guru told him that it would take him more than a year to learn music. The third seeker told that he had already earned degrees in music and knows a number of scriptures about music. The Guru asked him that it would take him for about 10 years to learn music. On being asked the Guru explained that the learning period of all three is the same i.e. 6 months, the remaining time will be used to cleanse the garbage they had accumulated in the name of knowledge. It is always easy to write on a clean slate then to write on a dirty slate. For a dirty slate is to be cleaned first and then it can be used for writing. If the slate of mind is dirty then it takes quite a long time to make it clean because the concepts are engraved on the surface of mind. They are not simply written with cleanable chalk.

A scripture is the experience of the past generations. It tells about the history. It tells about the past. But you have to prepare for the future. Making preparation for the future based on the accounts of past is useful only if the nature were to repeat itself again and again. But this does not happen. The nature is not found repeating itself. It does not repeat itself. Then why all those learned people have burdened themselves with the load of the past.

In the real life, when they are confronted with the circumstances where they have to have resort to values contrary to the values of truthfulness and honesty for winning a competition, it would create a tension in their personality. They find their deeds and beliefs standing poles apart with no consonance in them. They are at the verge of breaking. Whenever there is an inconsonance between the deeds and beliefs of a person, he is confronted with an internal turbulence and the psychology calls it Cognitive Dissonance.

You ask a communist to learn an essay on "The Advantages of Capitalism". It would be the toughest task for him. In India the followers of Jainism finish their dinner before the sunset. A test was given to several Jainese who followed this practice, to have a dinner late at night. About 72 times out of 100 they vomited and others felt very inconvenient after the dinner. It is Cognitive Dissonance.

This mind is full of beliefs. It feels inconvenience when any new value contrary to the earlier beliefs is encountered. The beliefs in your mind resist the new value. More beliefs you have more resistance they offer. More deep rooted beliefs you have, more resistances they would offer

This Cognitive Dissonance is nothing objective. It is purely subjective value confrontation. The same set of values may cause a great Cognitive Dissonance in one person while it may not do anything noticeable for a second one. It is a confrontation of values acquired and the values encountered. Values acquired are those values with which you start identifying yourself. These are those values which assume prominence even over you. You go in the background and the values come in the forefront. Gradually you are thrown overboard and the only values remain there. There are a lot of instances in the human history when people have sacrificed themselves for the sake of values they uphold. An honesty valued person would die rather than being dishonest. A gallant person would die rather than fleeing as a coward. It is the honesty and the gallantry which are prominent and not the person who possess them.

The aforesaid two values of honesty and gallantry may be appreciated by a lot of people so don’t be confused by the names of the values. A value if repeated in action frequently then it is called habit. The habit of drinking, the habit of consuming contraband drugs, the habit of adultery, the habit of gambling are other habit i.e. the values repeated again and again. It may be honesty, gallantry or drinking, smoking or gambling these are all values injected into you from outside. These were injected to improve you but these values overpowered you and thrown you out of you. It is something like a landlord being thrown out of his house by his tenant.

The learned ones are those who plead that a land lord cannot be homeless because it is inherent in his name – "Landlord" itself that he owns the land. How can he be landless? The learned ones argue that the tenant means who has got the right to live in the premises. Therefore it is all OK if the landlord is thrown on the road because he can never, as a meaning of his name, be landless. The learned ones, more often mix the reality with the definitions. They solve the problems of existence by using the syntax of syllogism.

The learned ones ask how to become more sharp? How to use more brain power? How to overtake others? They then hypothesize the answers also. They suggest more and more acquisition of theories, values so that a strong syllogistic base is prepared. Their followers obey them. And the result is more and more Cognitive Dissonance.

More and more Cognitive Dissonance prompts them to go more and more to the learned ones. They, in turn give more and more theories and more and more values. A vicious circle is forcibly generated by the leaned ones and their followers.

To avoid this problem of internal turbulence is to avoid this Dissonance. The better way to avoid Dissonance is to leave living in syntax. Live in the life. Don’t fill your mind with the garbage of theories. Those who gave theories, it was their experience. It is the least probable that the nature would repeat itself and take you to the same circumstances which were faced by the learned ones who gave that theory.

Having resort to the value is not bad. It ought not to be ousted. It is as a routine as it is to have a breakfast in the morning. If you find a value of any use then make use of it and then throw it away. Do not allow any value, may it be of this category or that category, to sit on your head. You are the master to choose a value and you should remain a master. Never be a slave of any value. So never be a learned one.

The Snow Ball Psychological Techniques of Mass Media Brain Washing Effect

Sunday, December 13th, 2009

My recent research on Freud’s theory of mind control shocked me, the techniques that are now used by advertising agencies, politicians and public relations for over 100 years to inject fear and pleasure as a psychological drug to create slave employees, increase massive traffic of consumerism in the world of so called democracy.

Mass Media Brain Washing Techniques

The Freudian theory about the unconscious mind, and the hidden starving zombie inside each of us, can be activated by repetition display of advertising, to drill the unconscious mind, the giant zombie within, currently known as ‘the genius within the consequences of both self help programming or media control programming depend on the kind of hot syntax and imagery used to unleash the genius, or if you are exposed to advertising propaganda and public relations programming, you don’t unleash your genius within, you submit your genius, your creativity, your intelligence to those in power.

Intelligence Bankruptcy

So, mind control agencies use similar and carefully crafted pieces of Freudian theory for specific function that benefit the governments, the military, insurance companies, and world banks. If the psychology of repetition is used to advance the evolution of mankind, so be it, because, the techniques are not all that bad, and it has many beneficial advantages. However, because the 97% of the world population are not even using 1% of their psychology to get the edge, the power is left to the rich and powerful to control the masses.

Inside each of us lie the hidden irrational forces of fear, or pain and pleasure. It is these two devices, that the propaganda policy makers, PR, Media, and advertising agencies take advantage of when there is new policy to be introduced, increase in prices and taxes. They use hot syntax to manipulate the unconscious mind, and once the hot syntax spread the semantics ( meaning) through fear and pleasure, designed to sedate the conscious mind, and then access the unconscious, so that you submit to new policies, new taxes, new prices, and more control of your privacy thus preventing campaign or riot, in other words suppressing freedom of speech, without your knowledge.

Torture & Freedom Marketing Technique

Take for example, the history of tobacco, and how the PR agencies brain washed women into starting smoking, because they used the ‘hot syntax’ torture and freedom’ they have touched on the irrational factor of the human being, ‘desire and emotion, for women, ‘ cigarette was a symbol of equality, that just by smoking a cigarette, women felt equal to men, and that is how the tobacco industry is now a multi billion dollars industry. The unconscious mind can be trained to do anything despite your rational mind, but for those who are not training the mind to meet their full potential, are leaving their unconscious mind in the hand of their masters. If you think you are a free sovereign, think again.

Passive Consumers

We are no longer citizens living in a world of democracy, we are turned into consumers, consumers led to the creation of a stock market boom, and this gave massive opportunity for banks to get you into buying shares, applying for loans and credit cards. This is what I call, The Snow Ball Psychological Techniques of Mass Media Brain Washing Effect. This is how the masters treat citizens, not as active citizens, but as passive consumers, this is what PR agencies, particularly in America, “the key to control, in a mass democracy”

When you hear the media politicians talking about ‘people are in charge what they truly mean is that people’s desire is in control, that is the difference. As long as massive advertising, as long as the Spamming virus of television and giant billboards exist, people’s decision making power is hijacked by the irrational emotional desires that the media controls. The masses don’t make decision based on their intellectual power, but make decision based on their emotional reaction buried deep in the unconscious mind.

Why You Never Followed through that Business Concept?

If employer gets you to wake up so early in the morning, wearing that uniform you were told to wear, be at your desk at specific time, and work all the way to the graveyard, for what? for a little reward that your unconscious accepted as the only option or die. The only system you can change is your belief system, and that can only be done, when you commit to treating your unconscious mind as a baby who needs to learn how to walk the right way, as opposed to the way you are carried by the unconscious starving emotions, and this requires daily MindGym training to rid yourself of the software of sabotaged belief system polluted with fears, worries inject in you by media propaganda advertising, mass received opinions, religion and cults.

Get The Edge

Just think of how you would feel to face your fears, uncertainties, doubts, procrastination, laziness, hidden depression, and defy them all, when you step up with all your might, your true powerful hidden self, and arrive at the finish line of success to become a winner, the best you can be, super fit, healthier, happier, and richer beyond your wildest dreams.

Become a seeker of practical knowledge, a lover of wisdom, in order to attract luck and become a winner, as opposed to being at the mercy of your masters. As long as you remain a loyalist to your masters, you will always remain a slave, chained by your hijacked unconscious mind. The only way to convince you that your intelligence is being hijacked is when you look around the country, in every single country, there is not single MindGym for the unconscious programming, but there are millions of physical fitness centres around the world, and ignoring the most important organ and power of the universe, The mind.

Freud’s Theory of Mind Control

Please note that I have mentioned Freud’s theory that does not mean I am in favor of his theory. He spoke hotly about sexual energy should be controlled, but then, he counseled his daughter Anna Freud about her sexual fantasies, and for someone who never had a sexual life, the father is counseling her about something she never tried. Another point about Freud is that he smoked heavily, a tobacco addict, and has the audacity to speak about addictions. In my mind, he was an intellectual and not an emotionally intelligent being. I find most of his theories controlling rather than liberating. Anna Freud appears to be a cold-hearted woman, managed to promote her father’s work, and continued to practice psychoanalysis.

I would rather be brain washed by a program that allows me to make free choices, that allows me to overcome my irrational desires, and television addiction that sabotage the brain and the life of TV addicts. But, thanks to NLP, we are now witnessing a real shift in consciousness, freeing people to become their full potential. When clients come to see me about their struggles, my role is to inspire, motivate, empower individuals to take control of their thinking, and feeling, and to unleash their own master within, so that they become free sovereign. The role of a coach or a mentor is to demonstrate sensitivity to encouraging openness to diverse perspectives, and to leveraging diversity.

The Most Misused Emotion

Thursday, December 10th, 2009

Fear is by far the most misunderstood emotion. In our conventional wisdom it is regarded far less as an emotion, and far more as a sure sign of danger that justifies instant escape, dissolving our awareness of the fear by discharging its energy in action, one form of dissociation. Another is to regard a feeling as a fact that is equivalent to reality. Such a fiction, that feelings by themselves can identify and represent reality, is regarded as borderline in mental functioning. And yet we do it every day with fear. We use the emotion of fear as motive and justification for emotional, and even physical violence.

What we seldom do with fear is to treat it entirely as an emotion, even for a while, to let its energy pass through us, in effect talking to ourselves. Feelings spontaneously emerge to grab our attention, focusing it in a particular direction, with a specific perspective that contains its own peculiar attitude. Such as a sudden feeling of sadness when it’s cloudy and cold, evoking a sense of being unprotected, exposed to hazardous elements, being trapped there – perhaps as a child in some way that produced great helplessness and fear.

Emotions simultaneously carry both small and very large experiential elements. This is nature’s way of offering small upsets that we can manage which are symbolically connected to very large hurts or traumas, almost always having occurred in childhood, brought to our attention via the feeling and its attitudes – just in case we need to remember them in order to survive or to grow psychically. In this way feelings can discover things; facts can’t.

In exploring one’s feelings, what’s most interesting to note is how a specific emotion, and its perspective fit into the whole of who we are. Viewed this way the emotion has brought us a message that probably offers some new information about ourselves, and how we relate to the spontaneous experience that triggered the feeling and its attitude. In other words, it offers us something to learn about ourselves.

Viewed as an emotion, rather than a call to action, fear is most probably the learning emotion. It tries to be, doing what’s necessary to accomplish that role – except that we frequently insist upon using it in an entirely different way, most heinously to justify violence.

This expose of how we use fear doesn’t mean that nobody treats it differently. There are lots of people who have come to realize the enormous power-potential of learning more about them selves by exploring their emotional experience. Yet in that process of discovery, fear is the hardest emotion to feel without dissolving into impulsive panicky action to try and discharge it, to get rid of it. As many wise people have said, what we fear most is fear itself – perhaps more than anything else. It’s very difficult to study something we’re afraid of.

Social Psychological Discrimination – The Subtle Forms of Discrimination

Wednesday, December 9th, 2009

Whether people would like to admit it or not, almost everyone exhibits some kind of behavior that can be classified as prejudice. While some might take offense to this statement, a loose definition of the word prejudice is the negative judgment of a group or its individual members. An example of this is if a person sees a group of younger, rowdier looking kids on a bus, one might be inclined to think that they might make your ride a little less enjoyable. Prejudice in itself is a natural thought process does not necessarily have to be connected with racism. It is not wrong or a crime to have certain prejudices, however, it is wrong when these prejudices turn into social psychological discrimination, which is the action taken due to the prejudices.

There are many different types of social psychological discrimination, some of the most obvious ranging from some of the most blatant acts of racism, such as hate crimes, and others such as refusal to hire a specific race or group. However, in today’s society, the forms of social psychological discrimination are not so obvious. Here is a list of the more subtle forms of discrimination.

-Avoidance: This is the most common type of social psychological discrimination today. Some of it is done subconsciously, but it basically boils down to avoiding a particular group of people. Many people are aware of their tendencies to be uncomfortable around specific groups of individuals. If being around a group of homosexual males makes one feel uncomfortable, they are most likely to avoid this group whenever they can.

-Tokenism: This phrase is best explained the common phrase “token black guy” which represents a sentiment of being the only person of color in a particular place due to the need for diversity. The idea of tokenism doesn’t only apply to races however. Many women report being treated as tokens in the workplace and feel that they were not hired based on their performance and qualifications alone. This form of social psychological discrimination can take place in almost any setting and is also very common.

-Reverse discrimination: This form of social psychological discrimination occurs when an individual is so worried about being perceived as prejudice, that they go out of their way to help out a minority. An example of this would be a school teacher giving their minority students higher grades than the other students simply based on the idea of reverse discrimination. This is also a fairly common type of social psychological discrimination.

-Residual prejudice: This form of social psychological discrimination is not as easy to see. This essentially is when an individual adamantly claims that they are not prejudice, when ultimately their actions and behavior patterns prove otherwise. This is one of the harder forms of social psychological discrimination to see.

Ultimately, have predetermined ideas about groups of individuals is a human trait. It is impossible not to. The more wisdom and experience an individual gains, the more they feel they know what to expect. It is when these ideas turn into actions when it becomes social psychological discrimination. The most common forms of subtle discrimination happen every day and are something our society should pay a little more attention to.

How to Keep the Memories of Your Dreams

Tuesday, December 8th, 2009

All people dream but not all people remember their dreams. Of course for terrible dreams or nightmares, you do not want to remember them. But, have you ever had an experience that you remembered that you have had a dream last night, you do want to recall it, unluckily, you failed. It seems impossible for you to ever get any memory back from that dream, actually, there are some ways to help.

From the nowadays scientific achievement we know that we usually have out dreams during the rapid eye movement stage of sleeping. Rapid eye movement stage is the time near to you natural waking up. So, it is very possibly that you will have you dreams around four to five in the morning. Instead of relying on your alarm clock, try to get up by yourself or you may a clock radio to wake you up by peaceful and relaxing music. Do not let your usual alarm clock disturb you and take away your memories for your dreams.

When you have just woken up, still in your bed, you have the freshest memory. Do not think you will just remember the dreams or you can retrieve your memory later the day. It is always not the case and you are just going to lose your dreams and the message from God. You can try to put pen and paper or recorder near your bed just to keep a record of your dreams so easily.

When you are recording your dreams in whatever kind of methods, do not just write down what you see or what you listen in your dreams, though they are really important. You should also note down your feelings and the instant revelations that you have at that moment. Always remember that you are living in a tempting world, and if you do not write down the very first feelings in your dreams, you will possibly have very different feelings towards what you have noted down when you are in different situation. What you need is to focus on God.

Finally, not just writing all the details and then you have pieces of paper everywhere. You have to give a date to every writing as this is going to be your checking on God’s work on you. This is also a way to increase your faith by reviewing what the God has done in the past few months and that your life has been changed.

Meaning of Dreams – Dreaming About Your Past

Monday, December 7th, 2009

When you see dreams in which you are living in your past house, wearing old clothes, or being much younger, this means that you are repeating the (usually wrong) behavior you had in the past.

Your dreams have a specific meaning, which you’ll be able to verify in practice once you learn the scientific method of dream interpretation, discovered by Carl Jung and simplified by me, who continued his research, discovering more and proving that he really discovered the right code for a perfect dream translation.

I turned his complicated method of dream interpretation into a very simple and clear method of fast dream translation that even a child can learn. The dream language is like any other language made only by words. The difference is that instead of speaking through words, the wise unconscious mind speaks through images and scenes.

You’ll observe that the unconscious mind is your protector and sends you many warnings when you are wrong, when you are making mistakes, and when you cannot see what is happening to you.

If you are living in a past situation in your dream, this means that you are still attached to your personality as it used to be when you were living the past situation you see yourself in.

This is not a good sign, unless you used to be wiser when you were younger, which is not probable. Usually dreams about past situations remind you of your childish personality, about a time when you were too ignorant and didn’t understand the meaning of your behavior.

Your behavior reflects your mental health. If you are behaving like a child, this means that you are being dominated by your primitive side, the side of your conscience that didn’t evolve like your human side that is sensitive and can discern what is good and what is bad. Your primitive, animal side, is totally immoral, cruel and sneaky like a wolf.

It imprisons you into false, inadequate and ridiculous behavioral patterns, so that it may lead you to craziness and despair, completely destroying your human conscience, and this way, control completely your behavior.

Never be indifferent to the unconscious’ warnings in your dreams!

If you are repeating a wrong past behavior, this means that you are in danger: you have to live in the present, and have a better behavior, be more mature, and more serious, so that you may escape from the traps of the absurd side of your conscience, and from the traps of the dangerous world where you are.

Face reality and abandon your childish thoughts and feelings. Learn how to automatically translate your own dreams the same way you learn how to translate automatically English to Spanish, and use this tool forever.

You’ll have constant advice and guidance in all aspects of your life. The unconscious mind will help you become more intelligent, and find real happiness, without being threatened by hidden dangers like now.

Christina Sponias continued Carl Jung’s research into the human psyche, discovering the cure for all mental illnesses, and simplifying the scientific method of dream interpretation that teaches you how to exactly translate the meaning of your dreams, so that you can find health, wisdom and happiness.

Handwriting Analysis – A Window to Your Inner Self

Monday, December 7th, 2009

Have you ever been amazed by the fact that although most of us followed the same standards when learning to write or probably attended the same institute; why can none of us write in exactly the same way as others does? Why does our handwriting differ so much from each other? Why are they so unique? When asked this question you will be tempted to promptly answer, “This is my style of writing!!” As I can say your answer is partially true. Do you know what shapes your style of writing? Well, it’s your personality. This very simple logic forms the basis of the science of ‘Handwriting Analysis’. Our handwriting is as unique as our personality or finger prints.

The science of evaluating and interpreting personality traits and human behavior through one’s handwriting is designated as ‘Graphology’; it is more commonly addressed as Handwriting Analysis. A Graphologist or Handwriting Analysts while analyzing one’s handwriting not only considers the writing but also the pressure, slant, spacing between the letters, margins and many more factors which can lead to an accurate portrait of the person concerned.

Emotions play a very indispensable role in each and every human life. Emotions are also responsible for the way we perceive things to some extent. It is your own handwriting which can clearly define the manner in which your emotions influence your thinking and perception. Your handwriting is a window to your inner self. It helps you to reflect on your thoughts, emotions, fears, actions and understand yourself in a very clear manner. Self reflection and self knowledge is the first step towards harmonious life. Graphology will not only address your weakness but it will also help you overcome them, as well as build on your strengths.

Though it seems that this science is new and still gaining its popularity, one will be surely amazed to know that it dates itself back a few hundred years. Since many years there has been extensive research in the subject and have helped a number of people in a numerous ways, be it personal, professional, emotional or spiritual aspects of human life. Monsters of the Id!

Friday, December 4th, 2009

What are the monsters within us that keep us sick — that keep reigniting the flames of misery when we think we have snuffed them out by wondrous therapies, only to have them reappear stronger than before? We do what the therapist says we think we have cleared ourselves we take the potions, guaranteed to heal us and maybe we feel better for a short while, only to have the malady recur and we feel bad again. What in us causes this to happen?

The culprits are monsters in the subconscious mind called Forcing Functions. These generators keep adding energy to the systems within us that are making us feel bad. Harmful things that happened to us in this life or a past life, an unresolved internal conflict, a deleterious physical genetic encoding from our ancestors or an attached entity, cause forcing Functions. The effect of the Forcing Function is to keep re-stimulating the problem and reinforce the negative program, which it created within us.

As long as Forcing Functions remain in the subconscious, no therapy can be successful over the long term. As soon as therapy stops, the problem is restarted from the Forcing Function energy and the difficulty is re-created. The negative program created by the Forcing Function continues to operate and is continually reinforced by the energy. Since the programs in the subconscious determine the sufferers behavior and response to life – he is miserable again.

The only way to achieve permanent healing is to eliminate the Forcing Functions from the subconscious self and the only way into the subconscious is through hypnosis. Therefore, a competent Hypnotherapist will find and eliminate the Forcing Functions and reprogram the subconscious. Then the sufferer is healed permanently.

The reason most therapy fails is that the therapist cannot reach the subconscious self if there is an attached entity on the person. In order to find and eliminate the Forcing Function so that the subconscious bio-computer can be re-programmed, the therapist must first release any entities there. Entity attachment is an impenetrable barrier to reaching the subconscious self.

The majority of therapists does not believe in entity attachments or are afraid to deal with them — so, they do not and their therapy is ineffective. For instance — if the Forcing Function is from something that happened in a previous life, regression therapy is required to find and release the negative energy associated with the event but, if there is an attached earthbound spirit on the person, the regression is done on the attached entity and not on the person. All the psychotherapy in the world on the attached spirit is not going to help the person.

So, if you have monsters in you that are preventing you from getting permanently well, seek out a Hypnotherapist who knows how to deal with Spirit Attachment and your life can really change for the better.
